Grand Teton Mountain Ride

The Grand Teton Mountain Ride has been designed especially for the motorcycle enthusiasts. This will be a five day trip with three full days dedicated to riding the most prestigious mountain routes in the western United States. We will be lodging nightly in Jackson Hole Wyoming, up at dawn to enjoy day trips through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

 

TRIP DETAILS

Departure Date: Thursday, August 24th, 2023 @ 6am

Return Date: Monday, August 28th, 2023 @ 10pm

Lodging Costs: Varies between $190—$220 per night, per person (hotels and AirBNB on-hold)

Ride Planning Meeting: Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, 7pm @ Geno’s (168th & Maple)

Day 1

Ride from Omaha, Nebraska to Jackson Hole, Wyoming (925 miles / 16 hours)

Day 2

Brunch and ride meeting Lite riding day encompassing favorite mountain and lowland routes through Grand Teton National Park, Bridger National Forest and Caribou National Forest, brunch in Idaho Falls

Day 3

Early breakfast and ride meeting Long riding day encompassing routes north through Yellowstone National, Gallatin National Forest, AbsarokaBeartooth Wilderness (Beartooth Pass), Gallatin and Shoshone National Forests and down into Cody Wyoming.

Day 4

Back to Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Loop up through high mountain roads to Mammoth winding through many mountain passes, including Craig Pass, Kingman Pass and Dunraven Pass.

Day 5

Ride from rom Jackson Hole Wyoming to Omaha NE

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
