Charcuterie Workshop at Mengelsen's

Open to anyone, not just HOG members. And yes men are welcome.  Don't be shy fellas!

This is a sip and learn workshop at Mangelsen's Creative Corner where we will be taught to make charcuterie boards, which is just a fancy name for meat a cheese. Here's what's included...each board will include three cheeses, three meats, fruits, olives, nuts and home made sweets and, of course, chocolate! Each person leaves with thier own board. Everything for the workshop will be provided.  Dietary restrictions are available, just make a note when you sign up.  The cost is $60.
